Both do developer mode. They do it differently
Voibe publishes IDE awareness for Cursor, VS Code, and Windsurf. Flit indexes the file and symbol names of whatever project you have open, in any editor or terminal, and uses them to repair mishearings: say "voice snicket store" and it writes VoiceSnippetStore.swift, because it can see the real name. The index is held in memory and never written to disk.
